ABOUT US

Sindh Civil Servants Housing Foundation (SCSHF) was established through ‘Sindh Civil Servants Housing Foundation Act-2005’. Its purpose, as envisaged by this Act, is to provide constructed houses on No-Profit-No-Loss basis to the Civil Servants in the province of Sindh. It is a corporate body working under the Board of Directors headed by Chief Secretary Sindh.

Mandate

• This foundation (SCSHF) has been established by the government of Sindh to provide houses/flats to the eligible civil          servants of Sindh in major cities of Sindh at the time of their retirement or after retirement.                                                                                                          
• These houses/flats will be provided on a ‘no profit no loss basis to make them affordable for civil servants.                                                                                   
• All out efforts shall be made to transfer the ownership of the house/flat to the allottees and make the payment of cost        easy for them.
